Why should everyone have enough credits to instantly promote everything. Choiches have to be made, priority has to be given.
Entitlement is strong in this one. Every game has a credit crunch, if you are not willing to pay you gotta have patience.
Seems like if you don't have patience you shouldn't be playing this game from the start.
Credits are fine, players are just feeling entitled again.
