Crystal Packs Over Charging

This is the 2nd time now.......

Weird.

Could be the exchange rate?

Maybe you bought more than just one pack?

Nope. Would have over 14k crystals had it been two packs. I’ve bought a 49.99 chest before and it charged me correctly. It’s a crap shoot to spend $ on this, when I’ll never know if I’m gonna get charged the amount this game advertises

And just to make sure I’m not losing my mind... Got charged $0.10 per crystal. Even if I paid tax on it, it would still be nowhere near $74.70... I’m curious if this has happened to anyone else, and if a community wide PSA should be issued..

I'd guess an exchange rate error myself.

I did a little searching and the closest i got was 50USD equals a bit over 70 in New Zealand currency.

I guess I could’ve specified that I live in US.

Submit a ticket to EA help, you might even be able to talk to them online through their monstrously confusing help site to get this fixed. If they don't, request a refund from apple for the charge. That should get them to wake up and fix whatever is working wrong.

I’m gonna give this a shot and hopefully provide some feedback to this post... was definitely curious to see if it had happened to anyone else
