I tried to purchase the £19.99 crystals offer bundle from the swgoh webstore where you get 3,800 crystals. The payment went out of my bank account because I checked my account just after I took a screenshot of the purchase and payment going through/out of my account. I have tried ea help and help via the in game options and they have said wait 24hrs.
