Honestly, to me, whenever an ability in the game says "calls them to Assist", I think that ally would attack using her basic ability. But if that's not clear enough then maybe I'll reword that bit.

"Whenever a 501st ally is inflicted with a debuff, Jesse dispels all debuffs on them "
and what happens?
"and calls that ally to Assist."
Who, how, why? Vader inflicted all enemies with Dots, and it's not Jessie's turn, like what happens? He assists when jessie takes turn?

If Jesse does seem very plain, then I guess I need to go back to the drawing board and look at it again.
Plus, he lead small group to catch Maul and lead clones during last episodes, so you may consider Leadership
