CUP LSB, failed purchase

Tried buying a guildmate the CUP LSB, got a transaction failed from google. But a successful purchase from SWGOH, and a notification that they would receive it. However charges still showed up on my PayPal and google play history, so I thought it went through, guildmate never received it so I bought it again and they did get it the second time. I also bought it for 2 other guild mates but there's had no issues. If a "refund" isn't possible at least the equivalent in crystals would be nice

Same for me aswell, tried buying the bundle and got an error all the time. Did not get anywhere so could not even get the bundle. Thought maybe it was a fake purchase because of Aprils Fools
