So I'm in the process of farming a nightsister team for STR/HSTR and am a bit confused about the exact team composition of teams still viable after the zombie revamp. I believe that any nightsister team consists of Asajj Ventress, Old Daka, Mother Talzin, Zombie, and X (variable). I'm not sure what X is after the zombie revamp. Before the revamp, I believe X was Nightsister Initiate for p3 and Talia for p4. Is this still the case now? I've heard of Spirit being used as well. Also Chirrut in p4.

I know it's not a full sisters' squad but a team with Ventress Talia Talzin Daka and Chirrut is able to make some big damages in part 4 against Nihilus. I managed to do over 4M in tier 6 without much luck and only Ventress and Talia G12.

I still run Initiate as the 5th in P3 and can pull 13m. My guildmate manages 16m. Just need more patience to set up the run.

My top score since the rework when I’m only in P3 (not starting in P2 or going into P4) is 18 million. 20 million was my top score before the rework, so it really hasn’t changed a ton.

I hope I am not hijacking this thread but I had a lot of similar questions when building a NS team. Can I use acolyte instead of talia in any of the phases for a team consisting of MT, assaj, zombie, daka and acolyte? Also, what zetas are needed for this team to work? Thanks for you help!

You want initiate for P3. A good team can reliably break 10 million with no problem. My top score since the rework when I’m only in P3 (not starting in P2 or going into P4) is 18 million. 20 million was my top score before the rework, so it really hasn’t changed a ton.

For Phase 3, Acolyte can work instead of Initiate. She's just not "as good" because Initiate generates additional turn meter for the team by attemping to apply debuffs.

For the phase 3 team you need Talzin leadership zeta, Ventress' Rampage zeta, and Daka's unique zeta (I think her unique is required).

For the phase 4 team, Talia is probably the most important Nightsister. If you take her out, you will drastically reduce your damage potential.
Phase 4: Ventress lead (zeta), Talzin, Talia, Daka, Zombie. Talzin & Ventress uniques are helpful to increase damage. Daka's zeta is no longer needed.

I find it incredibly hard to set up p3 after the zombie rework, just lost my entire team

It became more difficult, yes. Ironicaly, using a paper Talzin and paper NI would make it far easier.

P3 is MT, Ventress, Daka, Zombie, Initiate
P4 is Ventress, MT, Daka, Zombie, Talia
