For Phase 3, Acolyte can work instead of Initiate. She's just not "as good" because Initiate generates additional turn meter for the team by attemping to apply debuffs.
For the phase 3 team you need Talzin leadership zeta, Ventress' Rampage zeta, and Daka's unique zeta (I think her unique is required).
For the phase 4 team, Talia is probably the most important Nightsister. If you take her out, you will drastically reduce your damage potential.
Phase 4: Ventress lead (zeta), Talzin, Talia, Daka, Zombie. Talzin & Ventress uniques are helpful to increase damage. Daka's zeta is no longer needed.
