This is peak CG. I’ve played a lot of mobile games, spent more than I care to think about and over the years have interacted with support in those games many times. SWGOH is by far the worst at everything. Communication? Fixing known problems?Acknowledging and compensating for issues? Taking care of legitimate support tickets? All absolutely awful. Anyone who has ever dealt directly with support probably has a horror story so ridiculous you’d think they’re making it up but unfortunately they’re true. It’s my considered opinion that the goal of CS team is just to frustrate you into giving up rather than help you in any way.
