Oops already used that argument. But you do realise this game is a resource allocation and collection game. If CG gave access to all the characters, they will be getting complaints about swgoh is too boring, slow/no new characters releases, no new content, boring, boring, I quit for another new game, etc etc.
The reason they're hard farms is to keep you farming and grinding. This reduces player churn.
You keep coming back to get those characters over years... yes years!!!
