Even Vader and Grievous, the hardest characters to farm back then were moved to the Fleet Store. Nobody said anything, because it felt normal that these characters, after being restricted for so long, were made available.
So? They're not meta-breaking characters. It's not like whales are using them to dominate the meta. They're trophy characters, mostly farmed for personal satisfaction.4) This is mostly aimed at newer players. Why would a new player be denied the ability to create a FO team? Or a Clone team? There's no reasoning behind this. They're not. They can farm them just as easily as anyone else can. Now compare that to meta-breaking characters like Baze or DN. How are new players supposed to farm those when they can't even get to their nodes, let alone beat those nodes?5) It doesn't devaluate other people's farm. If you already have these characters at 7*, noone is taking them from you. It just gives more option for people to try out new teams.
Of course it does. It's like when mcdonalds employees want to get paid $30/h. You had college graduates saying hang on, I went to school for 4 years and got into debt so I could have a career and I earn $30/h. Now you wanna raise minimum wage to match my salary? How does that not devalue my efforts?6) Bronziums are random and can't be considered a relevant way to farm a character. Keep in mind that new players weren't there when tournaments were around and did not buy millions of Ally Points in GW.
They're perfectly relevant. You get a whole bunch of shards for characters you want. I've had over 330 RG shards from Bronziums.
Why are you SO obsessed with denying newer players some starter characters?
These newer players won't compete with you on your shard, or in your guild.
You will probably never come across them.
What makes you so spiteful towards newer players? Why don't you want to make their experience more enjoyable? It's not like it would remove anything from you?
That McDonald's analogy is also terrible. That has absolutely nothing to do with minimum wage and such.
Want a real life analogy? That would be if you bought something, and 1 year later its price is reduced by 30%. Would you go into the store and shout "NO, I PAID THIS 30% MORE, AND SO SHOULD EVERYONE!"
Do you realize how selfish that sounds?
