All of them are basic characters that should be more available through any shipment.
I'm still not seeing any real logical reasoning. I prefer the way it is currently as it is more rewarding for those who make the effort to farm them. Maybe they are basic characters, but they are characters you can be proud of. I wouldn't want to see the efforts of those who farmed them diminished for the sake of availability.
Proud of what, endlessly farming low/mid tier toons ?
Never heard anyone being proud of basically wasting his time and literally energy before.
