New players will have to wait 6 months for another chance to get 7* Thrawn and they will have to farm phoenix squadron to get him, which takes a lot of resources away from more useful squads.
My suggestion is to bring back the thrawn event, make it permanent and allow us to beat it with whatever squad setup we wish to use. This is to make it fair for new players and anyone who disagrees with me is an elitist who doesn't want anyone else to have Thrawn.

The time it takes to farm the characters required to get
all(!) the legendary event characters to 7* is less than the time it takes to farm HRsoldier, probably even less than a 2 node character like FOTP or 3 node like FOST.
Maybe this example will help you understand why some people, myself included, think those hard node characters should become easier to farm at this point in time.
