I'm starting to think it might be because there is a certain level of double standards and hypocrisy involved in answering it.
It is not completely irrelevant, it is largely the basis for the entire post. Most of the launch characters that are still behind hard node only farms are awful, and have been in the game for almost 2 years. Thrawn is a Legendary character that has been in the game for a month. Two extremely different situations.
And, for the record, I have 7* Thrawn, why would I care if he ends up in the arena store tomorrow?
