BTW lobot was very useful on the final stage of military might, he dispelled the stuns and healed my team so I could defeat the emperor with my other garbage toons. Those lucky bronzium drops and 4 weeks of double hard mode farming finally paid off ;)
As someone who's also farming lobot, trust me, he's garbage. 1) His basic does mediocre damage which doesn't matter as he's a support, but it inflicts defense down, the worst debuffs in the game. 2) His leader is eclipsed in every way by HK, 3) his special is a mix of JEs turn meter and akbars cleanse but worse than both, and 4) his unique while nice doesn't compare to JEs until he gets an impossible amount of speed. I've actually done the math before because I did realize mathematically there should be a certain amount of speed it takes for him to be faster that JE with the same mods but again it just isn't possible to reach even with the best secondaries.
TL;DR he gets eclipsed by other toons in every category.
