dark mode

Not sure when an official dark mode will be published on the new forums, but I'm working on something myself:

I know the pain, so I'm trying to finish this ASAP, package, and release it so others will be able to use it as an extension.
Still working out a lot of the kinks, first version will include just a basic color-scheme that works well, my guess is to have that released tomorrow.

For now you might be better off using other extensions that allow dark-mode, whilst they might not work perfectly on the site, it should help at least a bit.

My eyes are also extremely sensitive to brightness, especially when everything is white like is the case here right now. I use a browser extension called Dark Reader, and it helps significantly on many websites.  Below is how this site currently looks on my PC. It's obviously not perfect but is better than nothing.

Edit: Weird. I thought I was posting in the general discussion section, not Star Wars. Regardless, the same applies everywhere on these forums right now. This new site is going to require a lot of getting used to.
