TW matchmaking.

CG your TW matchmaking is trash. It is time for an overhaul of TW. There is no reason to be paired with a guild twice the size of us. Its like you want people to lose. Which inturn makes the moral of players very low and the participation level drops drastically.  Its every TW. We get paired with guilds twice our size and the next round we are the oversized guild. We go from one extreme to another. Its not consistent on any level.  Our guild has seen the participation lvl drop by 30%  thats huge. Simply because of how we are paired. This needs to be fixed soon not next year.
