- Jaxxon was first shown in the 'Marvel' Star Wars comic.
- The comic was decidedly hmmm aimed at a younger audience with a more childish take that didn't fit the 'vibe'.
- George said "Nah mate...not in my universe! The rabbit is for the comic only, not a galaxy far far away".
- George sells the galaxy far far away to Mousey ears (not that there's anything wrong with mices).
- Guy that likes to be in his own movies sells Marvel to Mousey ears.
- Mousey ears with a vested interest in both companies decides that green rabbit should now be canon.

It's a play on words (being both Disney's flagship fellow and an disparaging adjective).
