Dark Side Currency Bundle Disappeared

I bought one pack of the bundle and went to go play a match for a Galactic Legend cause I was at the cap. It said it had a purchase limit of 5, so I was like, alright I'll do 2 and cut it off there. I go back to the store after my match.....it's gone. The bundle has completely disappeared. The time didn't run out nor did my purchase limit. I've reset the game, played on mobile, deleted and reinstalled....but it's gone. This happens to me a lot....(like the time I bought the Wat Tambor bundle and only got crystals out of it and was not allowed a refund).

Any help would be appreciated.
