Well, if they DID eliminate that character from the fleet shipments then as far as i am concerned the shipments are now garbage.

It sucks for the people who dropped 26,000 crystals farming him from normal shipments to have him basically free now. That said, I doubt they removed him. You probably just had a run of bad luck.

I hope hes still in the fleet shipments. I would NEVER spemd the kind of time necessary to get 26000 crystals. Nor would i spend any more money to make it happen.
