Issue with Episode Pass purchase
I just purchased the Episode 2 pass today, but unfortunately, despite the charge to my card and an invoice from Apple, I did not receive the pass. I would greatly appreciate any help to rectify the issue so I can receive my pass rewards. I apologise for having to trouble anybody during this holiday season EA_Gunner

Try going into the menu and clicking the "restore purchases" button if you haven't already. Then close the game and re-open it and see if that works. Hopefully it does one way or another.
Unfortunately, they did an update and released a new character, which means something gets broken. Or, many somethings get broken because CG is CG.
