[QoL] Buff/Debuff Filter

There are so many quests that require you to inflict X debuff, gain Y buff, or decrease turn meter in conquest, galactic challenges, episode quests, etc. Please just add a filter in the Character/Ship screens that allow us to filter by characters who can inflict/provide certain buffs/debuffs/effects so we don’t have to scroll through 150 toons to see who is capable of inflicting blind.
