That depends if they change his basic stats with his rework.
He's a turtle right now (115 speed with g12+), without a big pool of hp/prot nor high offense. Plus he won't gain speed from Sass.

In the other hand, we will have more than enough damage with the Ferocity buff. And tenacity down is always welcome.
