Darth Revan Leadership +50% critical damage

I tried few battles with a squad of 4 with all 3 allies being from a siths empire... looks like I am not getting +50% crit damage in such a circumstances. And it seems that the 50% crit damage lead...

Guys it's definitely worded just fine. The intent of the language is that all of the team is sith empire for the bonus of his leadership to take effect of any one team member isn't sith empire the bonus doesn't apply hence the use of the word all. What exactly is confusing by how it's worded?
