I was going to post a gif....but I enjoy being able to post on these forums.

He is already useful for a toon that is easy to get and upgrade

If his AOE Crits at least twice it resets it's cool down. On his next attack it does 100 percent more damage.

Give him the special called "Mystique" where he can transform into any toon on other team.

For every toon that dodges his AOE he gains 50% TM and if he gains 100% or more TM his cool down resets. All other allies gain 20% TM for each toon that dodges his AOE. He would pair very nicely with Phasma and STH and 2 DPS Toons.
