It's tough for standalone guilds. Ones that are part of an alliance are facing reshuffles to form heroic ready rosters at the top end. The rest will just have to stick through not being able to do heroic for now - it also gives them time to work on getting jtr. Over time excess capacity will be sent to the mid tier guilds so they too can complete heroic
