This could make a Vader lead completely viable and competitive! I firmly believe that Vader should definitely be one of those characters who is top tier. Especially since it's taken many people more than a year to get him to 7*. I'm at 96/100 and have only seen two Vader shipments in Shard Shop in the last 2 months. If Vader gets a potency boost from his new gear (which I don't think he gets much of one, I ran into a 7* Gear 11 Vader in GW last night) it could help offset the potency boost from Palp's lead.
