YES! I just did an in-depth review a few days ago and this addresses many of my concerns about Vader especially with culling blade being avoidable. If that move can stick every time he will be shining. The leader ability is super tempting to replace Palpatine as a lead and I would be 100% sold if we could ensure Vader was faster so that he is more active in battle. Overall though, I love the direction this leader ability has headed towards.
