Apple requires them already to disclose the odds and they are in violation of Apple policy as long as they do not.
As it stands right now apples policy only applies to things that are purchased with real currency so they are actually in compliance anything you buy with real money it is disclosed exactly what you are getting. Currently apple does not have a policy in place to regulate in game currencies although that may change in the future.
