Hello, I'm writing this post to make a suggestion to the Devs of this great game. I'm a newer player, just broke level 83, and I have to say Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes is a phenomenal game....

It's always a gamble my friend, it's better to try and save Crystals on refreshes and as Darthpedro said spend it on real money. They give you detailed info on what your getting and it turns out to be pretty good the majority of the time.
Also @DEATHCOYOTE I saw that as well, they are technically in compliance with the shards and the actual $$ they disclose what you are buying. So it's not a matter of that. It would just be something I'd like to see in good faith.
Because as @Darthpedro said, the 5-330 is a big chance and usually you don't get much it's a huge gamble. I mean keeping the odds in front of players would be a nice factor to help those understand what they are purchasing.
I'd even like to see this explained somewhere when it comes to the Nodes as well both Cantina and Energy but that may be asking to much. What do you guys think?
