Maybe he was super inefficient in Conquest before, so the extra farming for DC mats wasn't an increase over his prior expenses? For me, however, I did more than double my usual number of refreshes to farm DC mats, nabbed the SSC shipments, and nabbed a few of the crystals shipments. I got 1 level 9, 1 level 6, and a handful of level 3.
