Datacrons - 2,900+ Words in RA - Where is the CliffsNotes version

So Datacrons will be a separate game economy not affecting current resource management but it will be applied to our characters in GAC which is the main income of resources in the game? That does not compute.
CG, you should add a new game mode where the datacrons should be active instead and don’t mess up the GAC & TW economy more.

1) We're going to remove all game balance and heavily weight the game towards whales
2) You'll never truly be able to "upgrade" your roster anymore as all gains will be destroyed every 90 days
3) We've decided we don't care about people cheating and since we never bothered to do anything about them anyway we're introducing these DatAPKrons which will greatly mask any cheaters thus removing any responsibility from CG to actually deal with cheating!
4) There's no worthwhile new information here, just a character you knew was coming & money-grab Datacrons

It's a mod you choose when picking your squad. When a mod would gain a color, instead this gains up to three buffs--
The first buff applies only to characters of a certain alignment.
The second buff applies only to characters in a faction on the "current" list, that faction will belong to the previous alignment (ie: If you roll dark alignment on your datacron, the faction won't be Rebels).
The third buff applies only to a specific character that belongs to the previous faction.

Every month the list of factions and characters changes, thus the "current" caveat in the second buff description. A datacron will decay after three months, but you can deconstruct them for mats that will improve your other datacrons.

You mainly earn them from conquest.

That's basically it, I think.

Lemme ask you something, genuinely and for real, and ignore bugs for a moment because every game has that problem where bugs exist and players don’t like how long it takes to fix them.

So, bugs aside, considering that this is a game about collecting Star Wars dolls and having them fight one another, is there anything about collecting Star Wars dolls that you actually like? Because a helluva lot of the criticism of things that get added to the game, as I see it, seems to boil down to being mad that you have to engage with the core concept of the game—collecting Star Wars dolls.
