Datacrons - bigger scam than it looks.

Soooo, we had info on forum that some feats are less likely to get... But how much less likely? I've kinda tested it out with the Enduring Codex, trying to get 25% turn meter at start. Let's ass...

Yes, CG should be upfront with the odds of rolling each bonus.
