Soooo, we had info on forum that some feats are less likely to get... But how much less likely? I've kinda tested it out with the Enduring Codex, trying to get 25% turn meter at start. Let's ass...

Fair odds or not, datacrons made it so that people that have slaved away getting the same squads together don't have equal chance of success. That's really poor game design. Cash grab or not, they're just bad
