Daylight saving time?

So this is in the developer notes... This weekend marks the end of Daylight Savings Time for some regions. Please note that the game does not observe daylight savings time. Star Wars Galaxy of Hero...

Perhaps it wasn't clear from my previous message. If your payout currently is 7:00 pm, it will be 6:00 pm when DST ends. Other regular resets in the game will likewise occur at 1 hour earlier by your clock.

If he lives in a region that observes DST, then yes, his times will change. If he lives in China, Russia, various parts of Australia, somewhere in Africa, then maybe his times will not change.
