This destroys any counter-meta that isn't "be fastest." Right now, you can field teams that don't have to be the fastest ones on the field, through other TM manipulation. Eliminating that interrupt function essentially reduces the game to its earlier state of speed, speed, and more speed only.
This also would allow for more dumbed-down strategy. The entirety of a Zaul match would be "have the faster Sith Assassin." Doesn't matter what you do, because your entire team gets to go first.
Now, you have to chose what to do, whether it is against another Zaul team or a counter-team like Rex. Against either of those, you have to decide if the opening AOE is worth giving the other team sufficient TM (guaranteed for Rex, on a dodge, at least one of which is likely, for a Zaul) to cause an RNG fest interrupt, or if you should single target, and when to use an AOE.
