Decreased mod inventory cap

Question

Just wondering if the mod inventory cap has been decreased?
I reached the mod limit and sold off 2 mods from my inventory but still couldn’t claim 1 mod from the inbox. Is this an intentional limit decrease or should I file a bug report?

It’s in a mod loadout. Go to that and remove them and you should be able to sell them on.

No, I dont believe they changed the limit. I have run into this before, I think there are just some actions that let you violate the limit by a few.

You can report it if you wish, or just sell 1 or 2 more and you should be fine.

Any mods you may have in a load out will not show up for sale  as well, so check any load outs you may have created see if there are any mods that arent worth keeping and that will free up some mod inventory space for you.
