Dedra Hero Ability Not Working Against Dryax?

We all got the new Era unit today, Dedra Meero, and rushed into coliseum only to be collectively underwhelmed--to say the least.

Trying to figure out what happened, I notice that the Hero Ability isn't active in the Dryax fight (and also doesn't appear to be active against Temple Guardians). Is that intentional? I went back and checked the newsletter wording and it says Dedra's hero ability "makes the ISB the ideal team to take against some of the bosses of this Era." (see attachment)

Now I'm wondering if it's intentional that the hero ability is only active against half the bosses and we're supposed to use our Rebel Fighters against Dryax and Guardians. If so, that seems really silly, especially since she's likely to be replaced with Major Partagaz as lead in two weeks.

Using only Dedra netted the same results. Dryax killed her and left Krennic and DT up to get a whopping 2% score on tier 4. Thought the auto ban was going to slap me because rebels did 17% without Dedra. Such a failure and disappointment. Why anyone would spend on this is beyond me.

This might be something:

Dedra's hero ability says, "If all allies are ISB ..." Death trooper does NOT have the ISB tag. Only Director Krennic's summoned DT gets the ISB tag. So CG made it impossible for all allies to be ISB in the Coliseum.
If this had been tested in anything like a normal environment, I imagine it would have been immediately obvious that their touted hero ability isn't working. CG really needs to figure out why their QC is so bad.

EDIT: In the Coliseum "Feature Info," the hero ability is only stated to work with the Jotaz and AT-ST. Why are they sending out a newsletter to tout a new hero ability that won't even work that day? Think things through, CG.

It only works against Jotaz and Pirate AT-ST. Well isn’t that just fun. So what I’m reading into this is Rebels are intended for Zeffo and Dryax, ISB is intended for ATST and Jotaz, only.
