Delayed Reward Structure for GC.

It's unfortunate that we now have to wait until the GC event is over to receive rewards. Took less than 10 minutes to complete and have to wait 3 days for rewards. Not a great player experience tbh.

I'll gladly wait three days for double stuff. Also for the cookies if that's possible. @Kyno see what you can do.
