CG literally can't add non-cannon or non-EA property characters.

Health and speed are too low. We are talking about Darth Jar Jar for god sake! Health and Protection combined should be like GK's, but doubled. He needs a bit more speed. About 210 base speed seems pretty fair to me.

His first special has too much cooldown and not enough chance to land debuffs. Cooldown should be 1 turn, and he needs to have 100% chance to land shock and stun. Also this ability can not be resisted even with Tenacity Up.

His second special, again too much cooldown and doesn't do enough. Cooldown should be 2 turns, and it inflicts all possible debuffs and locks them(like Thrawn's fracture and Sabine's armor shred). This ability also can not be resisted.

Unique is also weak, whenever Jar Jar takes damage there's 100% chance to shock the entire enemy team. If any Jedi are present, Annihilate them.

That looks better.
