does deleting settings file delete my ultimate team
When I open fc 24 and try to load a setting file it fails to load as per first image. So I have searched around and found EA responded to a similar problem and followed the steps cut the "EA Sports FC" file to a different location installed the game again but it did not help. So when I am at the "load setting file" I only have an option to load setting file which fails to load or delete setting profile. My question is if I delete setting profile do I loose my Ultimate team progress?

You won't lose any progress in Ultimate Team if you delete your personal settings file, no. You will lose skill game progress and your custom controller layout, but your UT is safe.
