Deleting useless Toons
If you had to pick 3 Toons to be deleted who would you pick? I think the Hoth rebels and ugnaught can leave and wouldn't be missed.

Don't you dare. I like my Gear X Snowtrooper. Also believe it or not, he had the best AoE when I started the game in December 2015. He was at one point a recommended character for an AoE squad. That was pre Protection, Mods, Wedge, and other new AoE toons of course. But he's earned his right to stay in the game.- Bye Talia, JKG, ME and CUP.

The devs have the data on the least used, least geared and least starred toons in the game, which is part of the reason why Jawas were given a buff when the HAAT raid was released (so we would use resources on them). There are toons that just are never going to be used enough to justify their existence in the game. Non pilot, non useful toons like JKG, ugnaught, storm trooper and some others already mentioned. I suggest something mutually beneficial to players and the devs. Remove these useless toons by allowing the player base to trade them in for shards of a new character. The higher lvl, gear lvl, and star level the useless characters are, the more shards you get of the newer character. It will cause some players to spend to level the useless characters in order to obtain the new character, so the devs can make a little money off of an otherwise useless product. And it allows the players to work towards something new.

Stormtrooper's actually not that bad. Reducing enemy TM when hit while taunting is an amazing kit. He just needs a Zeta on his outdated 13% Defense per living Empire ally. Bump it to 60% Defense per living Empire ally and other Empire allies get half that like Cody has. Add an additional effect to justify the 20 Zetas, and he'd be pretty good.
I would never trade my Gear XI fully modded Stormtrooper for another character in the game. It's more fun to get "bad" characters like Tarkin, Magma, and Stormtrooper to work, than farm meta.- Jedi Knight Luke Skywalker... oh wait... almost two years into a star wars character game and no JKLS??? Shameful in my opinion
