Dengar the Disappointment: Can Dengar be used without Rex

It took some really good RNG to do though. Lost Dengar with just over 45% to go in P2, but had tenacity up until there was only 16% left. Not having Rex sucks but this is the best I can do. Like one of the previous posters said, I already have Han at 7*, so I really have no need to rank high. I would rather my guild mates that don't have him at 7* get the benefits of ranking higher.
