So now instead of them getting my $30, I have a few months to finish them off for free. I think if they'd included more shards for both heroes in that pack they would have sold a ton of them. 2x50 made me hold on to my money; if it'd been 200 of one vet then they'd have gotten my $30, as then I could farm the 2nd exclusively from cantina. But who knows, maybe they did sell a ton.
I really like that he took the time to talk to the community, even though there weren't any earth-shattering revelations. Maybe they'll do an ask-me-anything some day.
