Did Lord Vader get nerfed?

Question

For some reason my LV is worthless today.

So far at R9 his special has dealt less than 1000 dmg to an R5 Teebo, an R6 Holdo, an R6 CLS, and an R7 KRU. It feels like his special no longer works on anyone with taunt?

My R7 Appo did more damage with his basic to that KRU than my LV did with his special.

So, did Lord Vader (an already underpowered GL) get nerfed for some reason?

Okay, my R9 Lord Vader just got pwned by an R5 Cara Dune, he couldn’t put a scratch on her even after his ultimate. Something is up.

Is this in conquest where you are at low stamina? If it is their stats decrease a lot when they get to like 20%

Their stamina was fine, but the Cara was in GC. I first noticed it in the GA
