Didn't recognize my purchases. I knew not to write in game support but did anyways. Like always their response was comical. I sent them receipts of the purchases. I sent them a pic of the kessel run thing at 0. I told them the forums are full of threads about it.
Their response was people that bought the old episode pass thinking it was the new one was fixed.uhm how did that in any ways address my concern. Support is not only clueless but worthless for this game and no I didnt get a response that was meant for someone else since they brought up era currency I bought before the reward thing disappeared.
