Didn't receive the free Kylo Ren shards

From what Ive read on reddit, if you got the kylo shards on 1 account but not your 2nd account, try logging in to that account on a different device as it may be tied to your device not which google account/gamecenter you are logged into. If you only have 1 account and didnt get it at all then I dont know what to tell you. GL
