I think it is a totally reasonable, fair counter.
Now, the Rex triple cleanse team requires a lot of resources that many players do not have: GK, maxed Chirrut, etc.
If anything it is easier for f2p or light spenders to compete at top-end arena.

And add gearing GK to the list of must haves and not easy for this setup
