Oh, you've got it totally. Quality is irrelevant, bugs are irrelevant, players are irrelevant. Only Money. Shut up and spend on the game because if you don't, you're a loser. - CG
CG used to have real Gamers making decisions and making this game fun. They've traded that in for accountants and AI-bots to keep the game running well enough so that people spend money on it everyday and they can get a certain amount of revenue. There are a couple people there who listen and have concern, but they're not in charge.
