Dmg oddity in t4 / t5 sith raid

Sion is immune to TM reduction. I highly doubt, that tour guild mate would be able to solo that phase. I'd advice to collect evidence and then either report a bug or report him for cheating. If you continue to allow him to behave like this with out reporting either, it may be considered exploiting a bug or cheating by the whole guild.
