DN Annihilate in GW

There seem to be a glitch, each new node I use him on his Annihilate keeps restarting to 8 even though I am able to get it down to 2-6 turns left. Anyway this can be corrected for GW?

LS/DS/cantina- 1-3 are seperate encounters and the 3rd even says final encounter. I tried it with shore and he regained taunt each phase.
Nihilus annihilate doesn't specifically state that it's a "start of each encounter" skill right?
It's either not wai or bugged..good luck to those who want it changed.
